Hi, I’m Kiana! For over a decade, I’ve been part of Calgary’s group fitness community and am proud to be a founding trainer at Barry’s Calgary. In that time, I’ve coached hundreds of clients—men and women alike, helping them reach performance goals, transform their physiques, and navigate life’s transitions. As a certified Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, I’m especially passionate about supporting women before, during, and after pregnancy.
